When you interact with our Telegram bot, we collect:

  • Telegram Chat ID: A unique identifier for your chat with our bot, used to send you notifications.
  • Telegram Username: Your public Telegram username (if available), for identification purposes.
  • Subscription Preferences: The players and teams you choose to follow.
  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to our premium tier, we use Stripe to process payments. We store your Stripe customer ID to link your subscription to your Telegram account. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or other payment card details - these are handled securely by Stripe.

2.3 Reddit App

Our Reddit app operates within Reddit's platform and follows Reddit's privacy practices:

  • Subreddit Settings: We store configuration settings chosen by subreddit moderators (selected team, widget preferences, posting schedule).
  • No Personal User Data: The Reddit app does not collect or store personal information about individual Reddit users. All user authentication is handled by Reddit.
  • API Requests: The app fetches publicly available injury data from our API to display in subreddits.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you injury status notifications for players you've subscribed to
  • Process and manage your premium subscriptions
  • Analyze website usage to improve our Services
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising
  • Maintain and improve the functionality of our Services

We retain your subscription data for as long as you maintain an active subscription. If you unsubscribe from notifications, we delete your subscription data. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention policies. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising purposes. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data.
